基层医院手术室“护士长负责制”三级质控管理模式应用成效探析(1)
【摘 要】
目的：探讨基层医院手术室“护士长负责制”三级质控管理模式的应用成效。方法：自2017年1月起，将“护士长负责制”三级质控管理管理模式应用于本院手术室护理质量管理工作中，回顾性对比2016年度和2017年度手术室管理和护理质量、三基三严培训考核、不良事件等相关质控资料数据和手术患者满意度，分析管理成效。结果：2017年度手术室护理人员三基三严理论和操作考核成绩以及手术患者对手术室护理服务满意度明显高于2016年度，手术室护理质控制中手术护理文件书写质量、消毒隔离物品管理平均得分明显高于2016年度，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：“护士长负责制”三级质控管理管理模式应用于基层医院手术室，可明显改善手术室护理管理质量，促进手术室护理人员工作和业务学习的积极性，不良事件的发生明显减少，手术患者对手术室护理服务满意度显著提高。

[Abstract] Objective： Discusses the application effectiveness of the three-level quality control management model of the “Head Nurse Responsibility System” in the operation room of primary hospitals. Methods： Since January 2017， the “Head Nurse Responsibility System” three-level quality control management and management model has been applied to the nursing quality management of the operating room in our hospital， retrospectively comparing the 2016 and 2017 operating room management and quality of care， three-base Three strict training assessment， adverse events and other relevant quality control data and surgical patient satisfaction， analysis of management effectiveness. Results： In the 2017 operating room nursing staff， the three basic and three strict theoretical and operational assessment results and surgical patients' satisfaction with operating room nursing services were significantly higher than in 2016. The average scores of writing quality of surgical care documents and management of disinfected segregation items in the operating room nursing quality control were significantly improved. Higher than 2016， the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion： The “Principal Responsibility System” three-level quality management management model applied to the operating room of primary hospitals can significantly improve the quality of operating room nursing management， promote the enthusiasm of operating room nursing staff and business learning， and significantly reduce the incidence of adverse events. Satisfaction with operating room care services has increased significantly.
